Who takes the photos for the site?
You supply all photos for your List And Shout Site.  (Although we could have a LearJet waiting at our disposal so that we could fly to your listing and take the photos, we don't think you'd like the price!)  Click here for our Helpful Hints for taking better photos.    

Note:  If your camera has an adjustable resolution, then a setting of 640 x 480 or one step up will do fine. Yes, we optimize your photos so that they load quickly, but taking photos at a larger resolution will just mean bigger files clogging your hard drive and more time to email them.    Top of Page

Simply email your photos to us.  If you wish to have captions with your photos, please list the photos and the captions you want in your email.      Top of Page

How many photos can I include in my site?
As many as you would like to show the property to its best advantage.  Some agents use 4 photos while others have put over 30 on their sites.     Top of Page

Who writes the descriptions of the houses?
 It is up to you if you wish to have a text description on your site.  You'll be asked if you want a text description during the order process.   If you wish, you can send us the same text description from your MLS or company website.

Must I include a text description on my List And Shout Site?
No - you are in control of the creative aspects of your List And Shout Site.  You can choose to have a site with only photos or photos and a paragraph of description.  Remember, you're in charge!      Top of Page 

How do I change the List And Shout site to a "We've Moved" announcement for the buyer?
Simply email us any changes you'd like in the text and/or photos and we'll make the changes for you. Present the site as a gift to the buyer. Now the buyer will send their entire sphere of influence to see their new home online, where they'll also see you as the innovative agent you are! (We'll never tell that you didn't pay anything more to get this extra use from the site!) Remember your List And Shout Site will remain active for 1 year from the date of purchase.

If the buyer wants actual ownership of the domain name (this happens infrequently) so they can have control over the site, email us the new owner's name, address, email address and phone number.  We will transfer ownership of the domain to them.  There is a $20 fee to transfer ownership of the domain name to the buyer. The buyer will need to arrange for their own hosting space.  Top of Page

We will begin work on your site as soon as we receive your order.  However, due to the nature of the Internet, it can take up to 48 hours before new sites are recognized and can be seen on the Internet.  You will receive confirmation of completion via email when your site is ready to be viewed.
